Running Orders

This section helps you keep track of all your ongoing (Pending, Preparing, Ready and Dispatched) orders.

Pending: These are the orders that are yet to be cleared concerning payment and other details. The 'pending' tag on the order is labelled where you can identify the order and either cancel it or accept the order. Preparing: The orders which are being prepared, meaning your food is being prepared by the chef. You can call in to confirm or update the status by clicking on the 'ready' option. Ready: All of your customers' orders that are perfect to be served are labelled as ready. Dispatched: Dispatched orders are out on delivery to your clients and customers. Dispatched orders can be updated by marking them as complete.

You can also further filter these orders by clicking on the Filter option at the top right corner. You will be given options such as Delivery, Pick Up, Dine In and Scheduled Pickup, making it clear at what stage of preparation each order exists.
